  • An Ayurvedic health consultation for each participant including a traditional assessment and personalized recommendations for diet and lifestyle,

  • Two Customized Ayurveda Therapies

  • Ayurveda Workshop by Shilpika Devaiah

  • Ayurveda Cooking Class which covers the principles of Ayurveda, seasonal regimen, food and diet, body type, detox protocols, details on Panchakarma therapies etc.,

  • Daily 90 min Practicums on the below topics

  • Establishing a Pranayama practice,

  • Establishing a Meditation practice

  • Anatomy of mind,

  • Daily Private Yoga and Meditation practice,

  • Crystal Sound Bath Sessions,

  • Reiki and Tarot card reading, (additional cost)

  • All Ayurvedic, fresh-cooked vegetarian meals,

Food 

We will offer breakfast, lunch, dinner and herbal teas, as well as tea and snacks in-between. In-house cooked vegetarian meals cooked per Ayurvedic principles. It is essential that you inform Shilpika of any dietary requirements, within reason, well in advance so that she can let us know of your needs. If, for medical reasons, you follow a highly restricted diet, we advise you to bring with you any essentials you might need for your well-being. If you are prone to a severe reaction to an allergen, for example, a very small amount on a kitchen knife or board, it is essential that we be informed. Please note that we are unable to offer absolute guarantees for such allergic conditions. Breakfast generally consists of hot cereals (cooked grains), dairy and non-dairy options, homemade yogurt, and fresh fruit. Lunch, the main meal of the day, typically includes white and brown rice, delicious legumes (dahl), vegetables (subzi), homemade yogurt, and a fresh salad bar. Dinner is the lightest meal of the day and generally consists of soup, fresh salad, a delicious side dish, and fresh fruit.
