Your Navrathri Nine days of detox ritual is back, celebrated in honor of the divine feminine. Navrathri is a festival that symbolizes the victory of good over evil after the goddess kills the demon. It is planned according to the lunar calendar, starting from Oct 7th to Oct 15th, 2021. Navrathri is also marked as the beginning of winter, which is why various rituals or routines are practiced to cleanse the body. 

Even though it is celebrated for religious purposes, the scientific significance of Navratri is to remove negative energy from body and mind, just like how the goddess killed the demon.

Nine days of Navrathri is a spiritual holiday giving your body, mind, and soul a well-deserved rest. It is a period of remembrance, rejuvenation, and rebirth to bring everything in balance.

Cleanse includes:

1) Ayurveda consultation online/in person

2) Regulated fasting for nine days,

3) Food ingredients for the fast will be organized by us and sent to you in a basket

4)Guided meditation focusing on chakras

5) Kundalini yoga for nine days

6)Cacao ceremony

7) Crystal bowl sound bath

8) Closet purge

All the participants will receive a food guidance document, recipes and additional resources to start integrating Ayurveda and holistic wellness practices into their day to day life,
