Awakening & Honoring The Divine Feminine on Navrathri is a creative wellness circle celebrating woman power. The name Navrathri literally means nine nights. The celebration is the reminder of potential feminine power in the universe, the Divine  Mother who we seek spiritual cleansing, guidance, and understanding.

Apart from the festivity, it is a cleanse for body, mind, and spirit. Body cleansing by Ayurveda fasting throughout the nine days of Navrathri(Mind you, it's not a fast of starving but fast where you withdraw yourself from eating unwanted food like sugar, gluten, meat, etc). Virtual guided meditation for each day, Yoga dance with yogic stretching, bends, and gentle inversions, a beautiful cacao ceremony on the closing day.

Wardrobe purge- Navrathri is a festival of spiritual upliftment and letting go of material things that no longer serve you, and 'daana' meaning "generosity or giving" a good old custom of donation practiced in Hinduism, Buddhism. At the closing ceremony, a fun closet exchange session and a donation box will be included.

After all, wellness is four dimensions-Physical, mental, spiritual, and social well-being.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

• Virtual consultation with  Shilpika Devaiah (B.A.M.S)Ayurvedic Doctor to determine your unique mind-body constitution(your dosha)  and imbalanced dosha. From there, Shilpika will create a specific cleanse regimen and diet plan customized to fit your specific needs during the regulated fast.
• Opening Ceremony: A safe, meditative space for us to connect, get to know each other, answer any questions, and give you all of the resources you will need for the cleanse. You will also receive a food basket for the Ayurveda fast hand-crafted by Shilpika (please note: none of the foods will be prepared- you will be given the ingredients that you will prepare yourself along with instructions)
• 9 nights of LIVE chakra clearing + divine feminine embodiment meditations lead by Sam Doyle, Yoga + Meditation Practitioner, and Ceremony Facilitator. Meditations will focus on a new area of cleansing each day. Each meditation is consciously curated to support you in your heart healing, cleaning, letting go, renewing, and connecting with the divine within you.
• Special access to a library of specific yoga classes you will do as a part of your daily ritual. These classes will be pre-recorded and available to you forever as soon as you purchase the cleanse.
• Closing Cacao Ceremony and Final Celebration: Sacred Cacao Ceremony, final closing meditation, and celebration of the end of Navratri and our cleanse together. Ceremonial Cacao is a heart-opening, gentle plant-medicine that assists in DEEP connection, healing, letting go, creativity, and feelings of joy and bliss.
• We will close our time together with this IN PERSON ceremony (for those who feel comfortable). For those who cannot meet in person, all will be available via Zoom.
• This will be a deeply powerful gathering where we will connect, experience joy and lightness, and then move into dance, singing, and celebrating all that we have just released. Shilpika and Sam will provide delicious ceremonial bites and sips for the group.
• A community of conscious humans. A sense of peace. A group where you are safe, where you are free to let go of what is heavy.

PRICING: $299 for the FULL experience (with 2 in-person dates) This choice is highly encouraged if it's possible because the ceremonies in person will truly be so special!

$199 for the ONLINE experience if in person isn't an option for you, that's totally okay! You will still reap the full benefits of the cleanse if you do it on your own and follow the guidelines for healing. :)
