This session includes 10 min pranayama (breathing exercises/meditation). Please bring a paper, pen and a bottle of water.
In this workshop, you will identify your dosha (and learn what a dosha is!). You'll discover ways to modify diet, lifestyle, asana, and pranayama to maintain balance during seasonal changes and periods of stress. Seasonal transitions are the perfect time for a physical, mental and spiritual tune-up. In this workshop, we will learn how to do a gentle, food-based cleanse specifically designed for the transitional season of fall.
You will leave this 2-hour workshop with a toolkit of easy-to-implement ideas optimized for your particular constitution which can be integrated into your current self-care routine.
