Ayurvedic Cooking and Nutrition emphasizes ideal food combining, and explains why certain foods are incompatible. Applying this knowledge can immediately bring about changes in your health and wellbeing. This 2 hour Ayurvedic nutrition and cooking workshop will be in two parts.
