This package brings the ancient healing principles of Ayurveda and the benefits of Ayurveda. Each session is 1 hour and it will consist of 1. Ayurveda Shirodhara - Third Eye Massage 2. Private Sound Session during the treatment, 3. Breathing and meditation session. Shirodhara is a unique and powerful ayurvedic therapy that balances and stabilizes the mind. For this treatment, a person lies down on a massage table with their eyes covered. Next, specially prepared warm herbal oil is poured in a thin steady stream directly onto the forehead and sixth. Shirodhara purifies the mind, alleviates anxiety, reduces headaches, and expands awareness. Shirodhara can be administered on its own or as part of a panchakarma detoxification regime. One-on-one private Sound Healing sessions offer a personal experience with handmade Tibetan/Himalayan Singing Bowls that are fine-tuned with a specific note that corresponds to a different chakra. It can either be placed on your body or surround you so you can have a more direct effect results from the sound and vibrations. Those who undergo a state of deep relaxation often report a feeling of mental freshness that they carry with them after the session is over.
